Delivery & returns
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders will be delivered to your home within 3 - 4 working days. There are no shipping costs for orders above € 120, -. Below € 120, - you pay € 4.99 in shipping costs.
If your order is not in stock, you will be contacted about the delivery time. If the delivery time is not deemed acceptable, the order will be automatically canceled. Delivery is possible in the following European countries:
You can return your order (or part of it) free of charge within 14 days of receipt. It is not necessary to unpack or open the product to assess the coffee (or any other food products or products that may spoil after opening). If you do so, the item will become unsellable with a 100% market value depreciation. You can contact our customer service about this via firstname.lastname@example.org. Together, a suitable date will be determined for pick-up at your home. We would like to know at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that this obligation is not an essential requirement to effectively exercise the right to cancel. You can get a full refund. If you choose the latter option, we will make a full refund within 14 days after you have notified us. However, we are allowed to hold off on the refund until we have received the goods, or until you can prove that you have returned the goods.
Full version - right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The right to withdraw will expire after 14 days have passed since the day you, or a designated third party who is not the carrier, has psychically acquired the product.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax, or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You can use the standardized form for withdrawal (PDF), but you are not required to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal, before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exemption from cancellation rights
The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:
• Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
• Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Consequences of the withdrawal
When you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive a refund of all the payments that you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered) without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you by the same means of payment as you made the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.
We are allowed to hold off on the refund until we have received the goods, or until you can prove that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return the goods to us immediately, no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.
